Q - Why are some of you balloons offered with Royal Mail Delivery and some by courier?
A - The delivery method used depends totally on the size of the balloon, some of our balloons are too big for Royal Mail!  We also use courier for next day delivery as this is the most economical way for you.

Q - What is Included in the price?
A - The cost includes your selected balloon inflated with Helium, tissue paper lined box (which may differ from that shown in the product image), confetti, ribbon, gift tag and postage!  there are no hidden extras! (we do not put confetti in with latex models as the sharp edges can puncture the latex).

Q- Some of your products offer add on products and some do not - why can I not add extra balloons to my order?
A -Again this is all down to the size of the box required to pack your goods, it may be that to add an extra balloon would put your order into the higher price catagory thus make it a very expensive option.

Q- Do I get exactly what is shown in the product image?
A - You get the balloon as shown in the image, however the box, tissue,ribbon and confetti may differ in colour and style depending on availability.  On occasions it may be necessary to substitute your balloon or badge if we are out of stock of the balloon or badge you choose.

Q-How can I pay for my order?
A - You can pay online by paypal (you do not need a paypal account to do this - you can pay by card through paypal), You can pay online with our secure server Nochex, or you can telephone us on: 0845 094 3840 to place your order with a credit card over the phone.
