BALLOON DELIVERY. 2nd class delivery or in the case of larger balloons Royal Mail Parcels delivery is included in the price.
2nd Class Mail and Royal Mail Parcels are not guaranteed to arrive on a specific day. Even if your balloon is ordered in advance of the date you require delivery we will only dispatch your order 2-3 days prior to the date provided. If your balloon requires a GUARANTEED delivery date you should choose the next working day delivery option (or if your delivery date is a Saturday you should choose Saturday Delivery). If no delivery date is given the balloon will be dispatched the same day the order is placed (provided it is a week day).
IF you need delivery tomorrow (Mon -Sat) your order must be recieved and paid for by 4pm the day before the required delivery date (Mon -Fri) and you must select next working day delivery or Saturday delivery for Saturday occasions. We do not have a collection on a Saturday, orders placed for delivery on a Monday will be dispatched on the Friday before. If you have not opted for Saturday delivery but opted for next working day delivery for a Saturday occasion then your balloon will arrive on the Monday.
Next working day balloons are sent with a courier and can arrive up to 5pm on that day.
If your order is time critical and you need a courier balloon delivered at specific timings you will need to call us before 12pm and we can discuss our alternative delivery options.
We are unable to offer refunds if your balloon is delivered late when you have opted for next working day delivery after the cut off times have elapsed so we have sent the balloons at next earliest available time. If however you opted for the guaranteed next day service before 4pm the day prior and no delivery attempt is made on the requested date you will be entitled to a refund of the postage supplement paid, once late delivery is confirmed by the carrier. However we are unable to refund this supplement if the delivery failure is due to adverse weather conditions which are out of our and the couriers control.
Please note that the recipient may be required to sign for the item.
It is your responsibility to provide us with a full and correct postcode and address, failure to do so may result in a delay in delivery which we can not be held responsible for. If you do not know the post code you are sending the balloon to you can try to search for it HERE

Next working day means Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. We can not be held responsible for late delivery of balloons when posted by 2nd Class post as this is not a time guaranteed service.
No refunds will be given when late delivery is caused by strike action by Royal Mail as this is out of our control, however if an order is made when strike action is in progress we would suggest you opt for the Next working day service as an alternative courier is used.
