The following terms do not affect your statutory rights. • Items that have been personalised or made to your specifications. We offer several posting options, it is up to you to ensure you have chosen the correct delivery type to suit you. Next working day is Monday to Friday excluding Bank Holidays, orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday or after 4pm will not be processed until the next working day, the delivery being the next working day after that (if you choose next working day delivery). If the delivery is attempted but there is no one to receive the goods the delivery company may not be able to re-deliver on the same day. Re-delivery will be made within the timeframe set out by the delivery company and is beyond our control.
The customer is responsible for providing the correct information and as such Decoratyourballoon can not be held responsible for and incorrect address details which may result in a delivery delay.
EU Distance Selling Regulations state:

• Perishable goods.
Balloons leave our warehouse in perfect condition, the high standards that we work to when supplying balloons mean that balloons are pre-filled and floated for at least two hours before they are then packed into purpose made boxes. This means that we can then be sure that all balloons leave here with no faults. Our balloons are packed in accordance with manufacturers instructions. Once the goods have been despatched in perfect condition we can not cancel an order and are unable to offer refunds, we are within our rights to state this as the goods we are providing are perishable.
In the rare event that we are out of stock of your balloon we reserve the right to substitute your balloon with a similar choice, wherever possible we will of course contact you.
The average flying time for a Helium filled foil balloons float on average for 4-6 days, sometimes even longer, customers should note that your courier may store parcels in cold temperatures causing helium to deflate, however when placed back into a warm environment the helium rapidly expands again. For latex models that are air inflated the premium time for these is 1-2 days but they can stay inflated for up to 4 days.
Once signed for at the recipients address it is no longer the responsibility of Decorateyourballoon. Refunds cannot be given if the balloon is not passed on to the named recipient.
We reserving the right to cancel or refuse orders for items offered at an incorrect price. Price and availability information is subject to change without notice.
A contract does not exist between Decorateyourballoon and the customer until we have dispatched the balloon, up to this point we reserve the right to cancel or not accept any customer order.
Acceptance of payment by Paypal or by telephone does not constitute acceptance of customer order. Acceptance will be deemed complete upon dispatch of your order.
If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order a full refund will be given. We cannot be held liable for any costs other than that of the full amount paid for the balloons.
In the case of a strike by Royal Mail we may need to use an alternative courier to make your delivery. Please note in these circumstances guarantee times will not apply and deliveries will take place before the end of the working day.
